Services & Payments

IdeoXpert offers a range of digital services including WordPress development, website design, SEO optimization, website maintenance, CMS development, and hosting & domain services. All services are subject to a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

Pricing & Invoicing: All fees are quoted in USD or PKR as specified in your proposal. A deposit (typically 50% of the total project fee) is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per milestone schedule. Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis only for unfulfilled services.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of IdeoXpert, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for project execution.
• Cooperate with our team in a timely manner, including providing feedback, content, approvals, and access to necessary systems.
• Ensure you have the legal rights to all content, images, logos, and materials you provide.

• Pay all fees as outlined in your Service Agreement or invoice in a timely manner.
